'My Account' and 'Your Profile' translation

Hi everybody, I searched everywhere but I can't find the solution.
I need to translate MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page once logged in and the title of Profile Page.
Thanks for your help...

Hi

"My account" is translated on ../language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_gk_bikestore.ini

"Your Profile" probably is the Page Heading. So you must to go User Menu > Your Profile link and disable "Show Page Heading" on Page Display Options.
