Categories and subcategories

Hello,
Coul you help me with a question about categories and subcategories.?
I like to select on the category layout 3 categories for row.
And put 4 subcategories for row on one category.

Can i do these?

yes, sorry. Is for virtuemart 2.0.10 (in joomla 2.5) and bike store template.

Count of categories in row you can set in Virtuemart settings. Go to VM settings and from left column choose 'Configuration' tab. Then click configuration. After that from right column choose 'Templates' tab. Here find '
Default number of categories in a row' option.

I didnt' explain very good...
When I set up 3 categories for row, automatically the subcategories also appear 3 for row.

I would like to appear 4 subcategories by rows instead of 3. Is it possible?

Well if there is no possibility in admin panel please ask on VM community forum. Becasue we only change view not functionality.
