Hello,

On my product detail pages, in the bottom, it still suggests that you should login in order to write a review. This, even though I have disabled everything which has to to with rating and reviews. Pleasing see this page:

Is this related to your template or is it a virtuemart problem?

I also have a questions regarding updates. Is it okay to update virtuemart, when an update comes out?

Hi

Ratings needs to be disabled in VM settings. Unfortunately I do not know where exactly. I have a not a big experience with configuring VM.

We are updating VM style when new version of VM is released. So it's better to update template first before making an update to VM. Of course not all VM updates will require changes to the template, so it's always good to make a backup before updating and check if nothing got broke, than leave it or reverse and wait for template update.

I have the same problem.

According to this post at VM, it is caused by a template if you have all ratings and review settings switched off... http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=103803.0

Any ideas how we can hide it?

Hi

If this is connected with template than please rename /html/com_virtuemart to /html/_com_virtuemart so any code override in template will be disabled. Let me know if this helped.
