Questions regarding insallation

I have been playing around a little with a quickstart installation and will no go ahead and start main installation/design of my new website. I have a few questions:

- It will save me a lot of time to do it from quickstart. However, dont need K2 store. Kan I just uninstall K2 by uninstalling all extensions starting with K2 from administrations menu.

- Can I update Virtuemart and Joomla to latest version? In case of Joomla, latest 2,5 that is.

- Will bike store be possible to be used with Joomla 3.0 when vistuemart will support it further on?

One more question:
- Is there any relation between K2 and VIrtuemart? I have understood it is two completely different shops.

- if you just don't want only k2 store just install k2 store component. But if you don't want to use k2 too please check NSP GK4 modules before, becasue some of them may use k2 articles as source.
- yes you can update both. I think that our quickstarts have latest 2.5.7 version of joomla.
- yes, bike store will be possible for joomla 3.0, I think in second part of October and when VM will relase update for joomla 3.0 we will releaese our update for it.
- K2 store nad Virtuemart are two separate components. Both are shop components but you have to decide which one you want o use.
