Pop up Cart not showing/showing black

Hi,
until now i am using your Mystore template without any problem, although I am willing to change to the Bike Store Template but I keep getting the same and recurrent problem, the link in the upper right corner leading to "MY CART" keeps popping up just black, not as in the demo or using the same template as quickstart.

I think I have tryied everything, have updated VM to the latest version and it keeps on not working. Hope you can help with this, as the template is spectacular and I would like to be able to use it as soon as possible.

Can you please post a link to your website so we can check this issue. Also to make sure you are referring to Bikestore template, is this correct?

Can you double check there is a virtuemart cart module published and enabled in "cart" position.

Double checked. I also deleted the module in the backend aqnd created a new one, still the same.

Can you please send me an admin access and ftp access where i can check your website please.
