Hi guys,
Please forgive me but I' new to Gavick templates!
How do I show an article in mainbody on the homepage?

My menu is set correctly to Article > Single Article but it just doesn't show.
I've also checked that its published, and it appears in the search OK

Any ideas?
Thanks
Andrea

Please download attached file and extract its content in to below folder.
Code: Select all
/templates/gk_bikestore/layouts

So new files looks as below.
Code: Select all
/templates/gk_bikestore/layouts/default.php
/templates/gk_bikestore/layouts/facebook.php
/templates/gk_bikestore/layouts/mainbody_bottom.php
/templates/gk_bikestore/layouts/mainbody_top.php

Simply choose mainbody top or mainbody bottom from below selection. Difference in between is mainbody top shows mainbody modules on top of content and bottom shows after content.
Code: Select all
template settings > Basic Settings > Default Layout = mainbody_top

See you around...

@digitalsoda - before using the normanUK solution, please first try to unpublish the module from the mainbody module position. In general on the frontpage if there is some module published then the component output (in this case - article output) isn't displayed.
