When I make changes to my menu or modules, I can't view the changes until I clear my cache in joomla? (Not browser) What am I doing wrong with this template? I've totally taken down the paralax due to having issues with it on my mac, now i'm having cache issues

Hi,

You probably have one of the cache plugins ON (Joomla or GK Cache), which is not a good idea for a site on production, you turn that off to see changes immediatly, but once you're done it is recommended to use cache due to server matters, bandwidth...etc.
