Scaling of page not working on multiple screens

I am having issues with my website scaling. If my screen resolution is over 100% the top does not scale down (see Ibexpartners.com) The "I" in the logo and the contact tab goes off the page. The same is also not visible on my IPad. Do you know how we can find a resolution for this? It is not just on larger screens but on most screens that this happens. I have had several people go to the website and mention this. Basically its as if each end is disappearing off the edge of the screen....
