Center a module in the header_bottom Position

I would like to know if there is a way to center a module in the header_bottom Position!

I am seeking to place a image module in this position but I don't want all my image to full the header_bottom Position!

My site is offline so I will not be able to give you access.

The module width is set at 980px and height is at 400px and I need to center it in the middle of header_bottom! Right now everything shifts to the left and depending on the number image set to show it throws everything off, depending on the device a tester uses.

Because of this problem I had to take my site offline in order to find a fix.
