quickstart installation is not working

Hello,

i installed more then one times the quickstart package. I installed it on two domains with different databases, i installed it from the backend and loaded it up by ftp.
BUT there is no way to get it run. Always all images, articles and modules are missing...

dont know what to do...
could somebody help me with this issue, please?!

i tried a clean, latest joomla installation now with the template (no quickstart) the problem is same.

it just works if i load all files up by ftp, but then joomla doesnt work correctly caused by missing permissions...

i wish i could install joomla from the software-installation-package by my hoster. this works fine all times and afterwards install the template to use it....

Sorry for late reply but when users reply to their own topics then moderator tool cannot see this topic as it assumes a support member or moderator already dealing with your request.

Can you please send a ftp access / database details and your choice of username / password for your installation along with website name / admin email so we can try to install it for you. This way we might be able to determine where the problem is.

For your information as you have written your username and password in open public forum so for security reasons I will use different username and password.
