Main Menu Won't Display SubMenu

Everything works on quickstart, but when I install it on a live site:

Sub menu levels aren't rendered. I have installed and re installed several times. I have tried setting end level menu to -1 and to 10. Nothing works.

All menus except "Naslovnica/Home" should have sub menus, but none of them do.

Could you show me a screenshot of your menu configuration at back-end? Please set max menu level to 0.
