how to remove k2, and categoy words from url

Hi how to remove from urlsk2 word and category-. i setted the sef urls fixed no includ category id in urls i created a category menu etc but nothing changed. is therea solution other then sh404sef?

Does it happen in categories or articles as well? Maybe its a matter or correct menu structure. Tell me the URL to your site.
