New posts take a long time before being displayed

Hello,
I have just installed this template on Joomla! 3.2. When I publish new articles, it takes hours for the new articles to appear on the frontpage.
But when I click on the category containing the article, I can see the article published there. After some hours (I don't know how long exactly) then the articles are displayed on the frontpage.
Any hint would be very much appreciated.

Articles are displayed on the frontpage with use of modules. One of them is News Show Pro and probably the problem lies with its configuration.
On some servers there is a problem with timezone settings. To correct that - please go to module configuration and play with time offset parameter to compensate sever configuration.

Where can I find this option? I have exactly the same problem. I was publishing a new article and edit some other but nothing changed in the frontend.

You need to go to extensions manager - > modules - and edit correct module. Then in "data source" you will find the option:
