Quickstart problerm during the installation process

Im trying to install local the quickstart package (with joomla 3.2) and i get errors as shown in pictures.
I have no problem with installation of standalone joomla 3.2 package.
I use xampp 1.8.1

Hi.
I suggest to use the latest version of Xampp 1.8.3 + (with PHP 5.5 on board)

p.s.
I have found also this: http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=707&t=806889

It means problems with server settings, as always with localhost.
Maybe next time use server that have good settings for Joomla installations by default --> http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... ne-servers
