Comment box doesn't appear after template upgrade

Greetings,

I upgraded template 3.9.2 version in weekend and I noticed Disqus comment box stopped showing in article. I tried disabling Disqus K2 plugin however, default K2 comment box also didn't appear. Please help.

Not sure if someone tried upgrading 3.9.2 and noticed this issue.

Hi,

The Disqus plugin is now disabled? If yes, please enable it - I've to check if there are some JS conflicts.

Thanks for replying. I just confirmed Disqus plugin is enabled, attached screenshot for your reference. Please let me know which one is causing JS conflicts and what could be to fix this issue.

It is very strange, because there is not disqus scripts or even related elements on the item pages, but on the frontpage there is the disqus script - the plugin is compatible with J!3.x and properly configured?

Thanks for guidelines. I reinstalled my plugin and it worked. Not sure what went wrong. It's operational now.
