Joomla Tags (version 3.1) does not display

Hello, dear sirs!
I had an article with Joomla tag (not K2 item with K2 tag).
When I see this article with default theme I can see tag's name near article title, but with GameNews template
tag do not appear.
How can I display this tag?

Sir, thank you for quick response!
My version of template GameNews was 3.8. After your suggestion about template version I perform update to 3.8.1 and it is working!
