Quickstart doesn't install properly

I set up everything usernames/passwords/names/setup to delete old db's.

After I click the install button it does the install animation/progress bars and then it sends me to the installation summary to install again... it's just an infinite loop.

I have done other quickstarts just fine but this one just doesn't work.

What is your PHP version ? Did you get any error message ? Did you try to run package on localhost ?
