Disable Responsive Design

Hi. I love this template but was wondering if it's possible to turn off the responsive design as I don't want this enabled?

I'm also a member of Yootheme and on each on their templates they have an on/off button for responsive design. Is this something you would consider adding?

The easiest way for now is to change name or remove code inside tablet.css and mobile.css. We surely consider on/off switcher for responsive layout in next Gavern Framework update.

Sorry what do mean change name? Is this in the template manager? How does that work?

Otherwise do you mean remove all code from within mobile.css and tablet.css?

I've tried renaming the mobile.css and tablet.css along with deleting them all together and although it sort of works the layout is still messed up when on tablet or mobile device.

Is there not a piece of code somewhere that states if the viewing screen is a certain width then use this css? I could therefore remove this code so it just displays the desktop css no matter what device the viewer is on.

I think it would be so welcome if you put an on/off switch for mobile/tablet template in the template manager as searching this forum lots of people of asking the same questions.

If you delete code from mobile/tablet.css files you will always see template like on desktop view. Could you show me your site ? I want to see this changes.

Strange as I've removed all the code from mobile.css and tablet.css and my site just looks very messed up on my iPhone.

The only customisation I've added via the override.css file is for things like colours etc so this shouldn't make any real difference?

My site is currently in offline mode as I'm still finishing it and don't want to really make it live just yet. Do you have an email address I could send you the login and ftp details to please so they're not available on this forum?

If you only change colors it should not affect to layout. Until I can't see your site it is really hard to help you, maybe you can post site online and send me a link ?

It all displays great on a desktop but the mobile and tablet design is somewhat messed.

This does not worke for me on gk_bikestore. Anyone know how to disable the responsive design?
