Contact form - Error 500

Hi.

My contact form has suddenly stopped working. Each time I click on the menu item for 'contact' I get a error 500 message. I've tried searching this forum but nothing seems to solve it.

Do you mean Search Engine Friendly URLs?

If so then yes I tried to disable that and it doesn't fix it.
