captcha Comment system not working

I\ve been struggling to make it work for a week but the captcha k 2 comments is not working. Also the captcha for login is not working. Please help me!

Did you set proper reCaptcha keys ? For K2 comments - K2 is 3rd part extension so you should contact with K2 support but to make default Joomla! captcha system working please follow this directions >> https://www.gavick.com/documentation/general-questions/how-to-use-recaptcha/
