I would use the suffix (nsp bigtitle nsphover from template GK News), is it possible?

News template include part of additional javascript which make the hover effect so of course apart copying the code from template.css with this prefixes you need to copy/paste part of code from js/gk.script.js file.

You need to copy proper part from template.css, gk.stuff.css and gk.script.js and my advise is to use firebug to detect which code need to be merged.
