Topbar on mobile device

Hi,

You made a great work on this responsive template.
However, in my case the position of the topbar (Social, Topnav and Usermenu) is a problem on mobile and tablet devices. The topbar is on the footer of the page.
No matter what it should remain on the top of the page on any device.

Can you tell me how to change that? Thanks.
