I am trying to allow users to create & edit articles. I have done this with previous templates but it's not working with this one. I have changed new users to automatically become authors rather than registered users. I also have changed the permission levels for authors to allow (edit, create, edit own, etc) I changed it on registered users as well. Either way when logged in neither registered users or authors are able to create & edit. what shows up after logging in is only (My Page, My Account & Moderate Comments). I do I go about fixing this? Thanks

This doesn't have anything with the template ;)
Are you sure that you have (e.g.) "Create Article" option link on user menu with the right permissions?
