How can i make this template 3 columns

i tried but i cant seems to increase each column individually. i am trying to to make top1 the biggest in size but ended up making the sidebar the biggest.

can someone help me with this?

secondly does the itemID in template section works at all because i tried using it but don't work still

This template wasn't prepared for the 3-columns layout and preparing the 3-column layout in this template is a complex custom work which is beyond our support.
