menu not working - "No input file specified. "

Warning: newbye.... please be patient. :oops:

I just made a quickstart installation on my server in /joomla directory. Everything went ok during installation, no errors.
Testing the site I found out that menu are not working, every thing I click on gives a white "No input file specified. " page. Any pointer?

I tryed turning off "search engine friendly urls" in SEO and that did the trick!
