can't delete menus in header

Hi to all Great stuff like always....

here's my question....in the main menu i would like to delete all BUT '' home, sponsor and speakers '' menu...but It doesn't seem to work...

I tried to select them as a bunch...didn't work, one by one...didn't work...

get this message:

Message
1 menu item successfully trashed

but it still there....(btw i'm logged in as admin with superadmin, and did install quickstart)

help please

Did you use cache ? Please try to remove items from trash ? When you unpublish item it is still visible ?

Hi, i tried everything....

4 different browser...2 different ip address, unpublish, remove from trash....nothing....
