How to create download file link in joomla?

I'm in the Article Manager:Edit Article
section under article details

I want to create a link like here:
http://hearourcriescampaign.com/index.php/downloads

Hi, there is few solutions:

1) Use JCE + FileManager commercial addon
2) Phoca Download + Phoca Download Button Plugin
3) Docman + plugin

or add full URL for file, using standard link button

p.s.
For the moment Joomla 3.0 is little extensions that can do it. For J2.5 there were more extensions (free/commercial). Why you choose J3.0 ?

I have the file in filezilla.
Someone showed me this morning but I don't remember how he did it.
We were in the article details section of the article manager. I'm not sure what to click on from there. Is there a guide I could look at?

Ok, I will try to help you, but this is support for Gavick Templates not for "Joomla how to...."

1) Go to User Manager: Users - and check if you have choosed "TinyMce"
2) Go to article, insert name of link or file
3) Mark that name
4) Click Insert/Edit Link
5) In popup window in field "Link URL" insert full URL to your file on your server like : http://mypage.com/images/file.zip
6) Click [Insert]
