No Language position

It seems that there is no Language Switcher position on FEST 3.0 version???

Hi

There's no specific position for it.
You can publish language switcher module on any module position.
Create language switcher module from module manager and read the description/instructions on the module.

When i publish the Language Switcher module on the social position nothing happens.
I am i doing something wrong?
