How to create horizontal menus with images

I want the menu items follow to the right and stand beside each other
instead of going down as the image below. How do I do and where I have to go in joomla order to change this menu?

Hi,
you can do it in few ways, but we don't provide such a customization services.

One of option can be for you using a JT Fixed Display Module or similar.
And of course hide default module, but this is very easy.
