I try to install quickStart but dosent works... so install joomla 2.5 package ok... but dosent looks like demo at all, so it supouse have to import sql data base but the package comes with several.. does anybody knows which one have to import to see my template like a demo?

Why do you think that ? Any details? My quickstart installation looks similar even with Joomla 3.x.
