I want to configure this template so it looks exactly the same as on http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/fest/ but this template is quite difficult to understand. Well, for me that is.
I managed to get the header and sponsors right but speakers is a different story. Is there some documentation of configuration?

I installed this template and asigned it to a menuitem, so it is not the main template so using the quickstart-install is no option.

Please look here http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/fest/index.php/typography/k2-custom-pages here is article about speakers and event view. You need to use custom K2 view that's the reason why you can have problems with it.

The article says: "The K2 component contains additional views: speakers and event". Those templates are not available in my installed version. I can only choose default!

Could you open this directory root/templates/gk_fest/html/com_k2 and make a screenshot of files there ? You should see some additional (apart 'default') views there.

Looks alright to me:

But as you can see in the next image there is no template to select.

I Found the two templates!!!
Copied the two maps events and speakers from FEST to the map in the main-template. Now I can select both. :D

Now I can select event and speakers but that's for the main-template. One way or another I need to select those templates in FEST instead of the Main-template.

Yes because this views are created in fest template not default K2 one.

Looks like Fest can't be used as 2nd template?

You need to install second template and assign it for k2 menu items - that's all.
