Problem with Modules HTML

Hello, since yesterday afternoon something wrong with my site, when I access a module HTML editing, I edit and save it, when you load the module again appears completely empty. I do not know what to do, because try with other modules but all I do is break also

Yes, but I did that changes becouse at first the problem was the same bus only with the youtube codes. But now is with all, images, text, and all kind of HMTL CODE
