LOGO QUESTION

How can I get the same look on the logo with my website name?
I open it in fireworks, I download the font but the layers with the effect style I'm not able to change, just the source.

Any help I really appreciate it

I did that I was able to change the wording but you guys created an effect to the text in different layers on Photoshop and I'm not able to change that.

Sorry I do not understand. What effect You have in mind ? This is a psd file, so You can change anything which is there.

Ok. I see texture now, but it can be detached in layer options. Am I right ? Or is just my Photoshop special
