Just wanting to know how do I achieve this list for my site:

Hi,

It's default Speakers category view.

Your category is different: http://lockdownsubmissionwrestling.com/competitor/ because you probably didn't rename or duplicate category-speakers.php file, try to rename this file to competitor-speakers.php

You probably didn't change the custom post name from speakers to competitors properly, please check this article:
