Hi,
I cannot figure out for the life of me how to get the blog to show posts with a sidebar like in the demo (with the date next to the image/title) :) I tried making the template of the blog page 'Latest Posts' and 'Archive' but not avail. Also the sidebar is underneath my post.

Any help will be appreciated! Thanks,
Jeff

Hi,

Could you provide an URL to the site with your posts? (here or via PM), then I'll be able to help you.

Hi,

What was the solution for this?

Here's my case:

1. I tried to set up a "News" page with Latest Posts template. But the page didn't show up like the one in demo.
2. Then I tried to create a News menu with link to a category. Still didn't look like the demo.
3. I also set the Sidebar widget but doesn't show in the right like I set in the template option (sidebar on the right), but show up in the bottom.

My site is still in local.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hello,

I've checked the latest version of the Fest theme and don't see any problem with that. Latest posts template and category view is the same as in the demo. (date is next to image/title). What screen resolution do you have? because sidebar with widgets goes to the bottom on small (tablet) screens. - in this screens the date next to image/title is also not visible.

Thanks for the reply.

I use 2012's Macbook Air (1440x900) using Safari 8.0. while site width is set to 1000px on theme option. I can see the date next to image/title, but I cannot see the Title.

Did I miss anything?

Here's some more details:

1. The Title is missing in category page, however I can see the post meta (Category, Author, Comment, etc).
2. Featured image on each post is clickable to single page, then the Title show up.
3. I have set the category page as posts page on Reading settings.

Hope it helps you to find the problem.

I'm sorry, but still can't see this problem on my fest installation, could you upload your website to any temporary/free online server and provide me an access?
