Change name of "Speakers" to a new alias

Hi,

I've got a site under development still and I have developed it to have Teams listed instead of Speakers.

How can I change all mentions of "speakers" to "Teams"???

I've sorted out the category stuff up by duplicating the fest/category-speakers.php file....

Now, how can I change the heading on the speakers page??
