Menus itens disappearing

2 of my menu links have disappeared when I was working with my widgets.

They simply disappeared... And I really don't know why.

One of them disappeared when I was editing one category. They didnt have any relation, because the menu item was linked with "#" and nothing anymore. And the other is when I was editing my widgets. These two were from the top menu (the second was a page link), and none of them are co-related.

You can send me a PM with backend access to your website, then I'll be able to check it.
