site title won't change

Hi,
I cant seem to change the site's title (meta tag title).
I went to General and it is written correctly there (Haifa stairs), however it still shows as "Fest - Responsive Event...."
Please help.

Please pos the image again or url to your site and describe what is now and how the change should look like.

If you use chrome for example the title of the page in the tag won't change to the site's name - "haifa stairs". It stays Fest - Responsive event word.....

Please go to theme settings - seo section and set "Site title description" and "Site title blogname" as they take priority over general settings.
