Contact Form from the Page

Dear,

we have purchased your template FESTIVAL
On our site
aumfestival.com
we have created a page called Contacto.
In the WP dashboard we have assigned your Contact Form from the Page attribute section.
(see attachments)
in the general settings we have assigned our email address but
WE ARE NOT RECEIVING THE EMAILS form our subscriber.
Please help.

I've checked this contact template page in our Fest theme and everything seems to be ok. I received an emails.
Could you send me a PM with backend access to your website? Then I'll be able to check it.
