Problem with Speakers

My english is not so good, but let's try...
In the panel, i can't find "Speakers" to create a cattegory.

I install wrong version?

Did you installed a plugin from the rest_files package? This plugin is installed defaultly only in the quickstart package.

We are using the quickstart package for our testing enviroment. In our production enviroment we use a multi-site installation. When I export the site the plugin will not transfer. Is there a way to obtain the plug in other than paying another 100 for the developer version?
