One of the menus of the Top Menu I have doesn't need a link for itself but only for its submenus. What do you suggest I should do? I was thinking of creating a page for it and just put http://www.website.com/# so it stays where it is when you click on it, or, is there an alternate way of doing it?

Like this:

Menu (mouse over, not clickable if there's an alternative if possible (instead of making it clickable with the link http://www.website.com/#)

It can be done by creating custom link (its available in menu editor) to any site, and when it is added to menu, You can edit it and remove link completely. Then it will be just a dummy placeholder and creating additional will be necessary.
