Edit Menu Sidebar

In any Category page, there is a sidebar present with a Menu on the top of the sidebar (Category I, Category II, Category III). Where and how do I edit them?

Appearance -> Menus.
If You have current WP, there is a dropdown list on top allowing to chose menu - select "Categories" menu to edit it.
