Change Social Sites links or address

I would like to change the links of the facebook, twitter, etc accounts on the website. Help!

Please check GK Social Icons widget from Social widget position.

I also want to remove the google+ and RSS social sites and replace them with Add This instead. Help!

So remove RSS link from widget settings, and instead of google+ link, use your Add This link, then you have to edit Fest/images/social_icons.png file and change Google+ icon.
