Missing Speaker Post Option

Uploaded the theme and there is not a "speaker" addition under posts to add new speakers as demo indicated. How do I correct?

Did you install a quickstart package? With quickstart package you should have GK Speakers plugin enabled by default.
If you installed only the theme, you have to copy gk-speakers plugin (from rest files or from quickstart package)
