Changing Speakers title

I've searched everywhere and cannot find how to change the title of the speakers page. I've changed it on the homepage but want to change it on the speakers page from the top menu from speakers to entertainment as we have a lot of people who are not just speakers.

Can you point me in the right direction?

Please go to wp-admin and then
Appearance->widgets and from the right column open speakers widget position, and then speakers widget.
Edite title of the widget to change text on homepage.

If you click on the first entertainment in the top navigation it will not work (this was created a new category "Entertainment", people have been assigned to it but it won't work). The second entertainment is originally the category of "speakers" but changed it in the menu section to say entertainment. Problem is it still says Speakers when you go to that page.

I either want the entertainment category to work, or i want to change the speakers category to entertainment so the titles match.

I am having the same problem "heresmychance".

If I create the category "Locutores" (same as speakers put in language Portuguese-Brazil) does not work when you click the link is just a blank page. I did as the manual says, I created the files "category-Locutores.php" and "single-gavern_locutores.php" still does not work.

It only works if I keep the speakers as Slug.

Ok, few things can be done to make things easier.
1. Please update theme to current version.
2. Install GK Speakers plugin from "rest" package

Now You could create new "speakers" categories much easier.

If thats a problem, You can use this plugin:

which should help also (then creating category-slugname.php by copying category-speakers.php should be enough to create styled page)

My theme is already version 3.5 (the latest) installed by "quick_start". My profile has no right to "rest".
Any other alternative without using the "rest"?

If you installed last quickstart package, you have plugin integrated, Check Dashboard -> Settings -> GK Speakers

By QuickStart does have the plugin GK Speaker, however even with it, changing the names, creating files, the error I mentioned earlier. In the plugin itself, to change the names of the category slug and others, it's a hint at the bottom to create the files. I create as instructed, but it works.

@heresmychance, where did you stop? what exactly do you want to achieve? (explain again)

Can you please let me know where the instructions are to change categories or edit the "speakers" category.

The issues are...

1. If you go http://jewishnorthcounty.com/sukkotatth ... /speakers/ you will see I have changed the title of this page in the top menu to "ENTERTAINMENT". This is beaucse we have more than just speakers but the title of this page is still speakers.

2. I understand that it is pulling the title from the category that all these people have been given in the posts section.

3. I thought if I just created a new category of "entertainment" and just reasigned them to that category it would change the title and would look the same but it did not work.

4. I then thought I would just change the catgegory from speakers to entertainment and that might work, but it didn't.

5. Really all i want to do is to be able to change the heading from speakers to entertainment and also change the web address to match this. Whichever way this works I am happy but I've tried a few and non have been successful. This is really the only part of the site I am now struggling with as it's been a joy up until this point.

Ok I understand, it's enough to change title of the "speakers" category to "ENTERTAINMENT", if you want styling from speakers on Musicians and HEADLINE CHEF you have to additionaly duplicate category-speakers.php file to category-slug.php where "slug" is your new category slug, e.g. musicians, headline_chef.
