Fest adding string at the end of urls

Hello when I add a url for the register button and save the fest theme adds character at the end of the url.

Example: http://domain.co.uk/register/%20%E2%80%8E

Above you can see fest has added /%20%E2%80%8E

is this a settings

Could you send me an URL to your website (here or via PM), because I can't reproduce this issue on my installation (URL is ok without any additional characters).
