what plugin is the counter

I already had wordpress site so couldn't use the quick start. What plugin or where do i get the plugin for the counter?

I'm trying to make this look like the demo site and am having trouble with the code provided as it doesn't seem to match the demo and the counter code isn't working.

Where is the SQL dump that is suppose to be included with the theme?
