Widget rule for Speakers page

Hi - I would like to have sidebar widgets on the individual speaker's page (the one with the content), but not on the main speakers page (the one with all of the circles). What is the widget rule for this? I tried categories, page, template... but it's coming up with sidebars on either both of those pages or neither.

Hi,

It needs support for custom taxonomies and custom post types in the Widget Rules mechanism. I'll implemented this feature in the upcoming GavernWP v.1.7 release. The implementation is available here:

Then you will have to add custom post type rule with your custom post type name.

I had the same problem, but I managed to do that very easily with the Widget rule by typing the post ID for the specific speaker:


Look. You can see the speaker has his twitter feed, and his own widgets that only shows up on his page.
