IE9 timer shows expired

The main timer countdown shows fine in all browsers except IE9 shows that it's expired and also IE9 does not show the map.png image in the countdown area.

Does anyone know how I may be able to fix this?

Can You please check our demo too? I think it's a conflict with one of a 3rd party extensions or a configuration of Your browser.

The problem is only in the Joomla 3 version of the template (the demo is 2.5) but it appears on a clean quickstart installation. Have a test here:

Got an answer already:

please go to js/gk.scripts.js and in line 447 find:
console.log(this.wrapper);
Remove it and it will work.
