Activated theme, looks horrible, says theme is broken.

Hey all!

I bought the Game News theme for a new look for my site, but once I installed it, I received alerts at the top of my page stating that the theme was broken and that I had to add some php code for my plugins to work. I don't know coding well at all. But what rubbed me the wrong way is that I purchased this theme with the assumption that it would work seamlessly with out any trouble whatsoever.

Is there anyway, the creators of this theme or someone fluent with coding can help?

You have to install a quickstart package. Check these articles:

It's like a normal WordPress installation - quicsktart package is Wordpress with our theme and content integrated.
